Set the Privacy Curtain

The Privacy Curtain provides for:

1. privacy for the patient and
2. ongoing awareness for the VMC so they know when you should remove the curtain (ie. the activity in the room is complete)

The Privacy Curtain icon becomes visible in the top right corner of the video window when you hover over a window. It can be enabled / disabled by clicking the icon.

When the Privacy Curtain is enabled, the LED on the Video Device will be flashing green.

Multi-user Environments

If more than 1 person is viewing a patient in Central Monitoring and one of those users initiates the privacy curtain, the privacy curtain is activated for all users. It works the same in reverse - if one opens it, it would open for all users.
