The infrared (IR) performs well in low level light rooms. A small amount of ambient light coming from the window or the bathroom provides optimal lighting in most situations.
If you encounter low lighting where visibility of the patient is materially compromised, we recommend adjust the ambient light in the room if practical.
If this does not resolve the problem, we recommend:
Swapping cameras if feasible and logging a support ticket via the link in the bottom right of the application noting the camera number and the specific lighting circumstances.
replace with 1:1 sitter while conditions remain
