Night Mode Guidance

  • The infrared (IR) performs well in low level light rooms. A small amount of ambient light coming from the window or the bathroom provides optimal lighting in most situations.
  • If you encounter low lighting where visibility of the patient is materially compromised, we recommend adjust the ambient light in the room if practical.
  • If this does not resolve the problem, we recommend:
    • Swapping cameras if feasible and logging a support ticket via the link in the bottom right of the application noting the camera number and the specific lighting circumstances.
    • replace with 1:1 sitter while conditions remain
