LD-1295 Report a Problem: Enhancements

Enhance Customer Support Ticket System

We have significantly enhanced the customer support ticket system. Previously the process opened a ticket with your description of the issue and created a ticket with an email confirmation to you.

This has been enhanced to automatically provide the support team with all the applicable logs and system configuration when the ticket was created. It will also include applicable screenshots with all PHI redacted. This will significantly assist in recreating the issue and understanding exactly what was happening at the event's time.
