Virtual Sitting - Connection Scenarios

Getting familiar with various connection scenarios.


Normal Connection

  • Solid video connection


Low Wifi Quality

  • User warning that the connection could be unstable
  • No action is necessary unless the connection proves to be an issue
  • Connect to ethernet or relocate the camera for better wifi reception


Camera OFF

  • Device is offline / unplugged
  • Requires call to the floor to investigate onsite
  • Ensure it’s plugged in.  If so - unplug, wait 5 seconds, plug it back in.


Error Message

Note: if ALL video blocks are showing errors, confirm you still have internet access
