Virtual Sitting - Multiple Video Connections with Same Patient during Same Session

RULE

A user can connect to one Video block per patient


CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

  • Close all but one browser tab
  • Wait 20 seconds
  • Try again
  • If that does not work - contact Support

Scenario

  • User is connected to the Video block for a patient
  • User moves to another browser tab and attempts to connect another video for the same patient
  • The 2nd connection attempt will result in this error:
