Virtual Sitting - Error Message Troubleshooting

  1. Follow any instructions that may accompany the error message (ie, if requested to wait 20 seconds before attempting to reconnect, then please allow that time for the device to reset).
  2. Hit the blue Connect button and attempt to reconnect.
  3. If that does not work, click the “Reboot Device” menu option.
  4. If that does not resolve the issue, swap out the camera for a replacement.
