CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

Ideally, the impacted camera automatically reconnects.  If it does not, please follow the Error Message Troubleshooting steps.

  • Occasionally, poor network quality—whether on Ethernet or Wi-Fi—may cause brief connection issues. In some cases, this can lead to an unexpected video disconnect. If this happens, the system will automatically attempt to reconnect without requiring any user intervention. 
  • The user is made aware of this situation with a yellow banner at the top of the page.
