Managing Views

The Manage Views pop-up provides for access and editing of available Views.

• Click the Open button to switch between available Views: your personal Views or Views that have been shared with you.
• You can Share any View you own with other users in your hospital system
• If you share a View, you can then also allow that shared View to be Editable (or not) with other users. If you allow it to be editable, any changes other users make to the View will impact all users.
• You can set the default number of columns.
• You can designate the Default - which View is opened initially when you go to Central Monitoring.
• You can also: Edit, Transfer Ownership or Delete a View

• Buttons
  • Edit - edit the name of the View and/or change the Flex View filter parameters.
  • Transfer - change the View owner to another user
  • Delete - completely remove the View
